Fletcher (Student of the 2017 Trainer’s Challenge of the Unwanted Horse)

Fletcher is a 2003 black Friesian/Quarter Horse cross gelding. Fletcher came to MHARF because his owner could no longer keep him. He is a large horse and has learned how to use his size to get what he wants. He was not broke to ride and didn’t appear to have been asked to do much of anything in the past. He was pushy on the ground at intake and would do what he could to get his way. He has potential for the right person but he will most likely require a strong and confident rider. Fletcher will be competing in our 2017 Trainer’s Challenge of the Unwanted Horse with trainer Jeremy Kaiserlik. He will be available for adoption the day of the event. For more information on adopting Fletcher please see Adopting a Trainer’s Challenge Horse.
