Morsa is a grulla mare who came to MHARF in November 2019 from an ongoing Carlton County humane case. She has her current colt Ketch at her side and we believe she is also the mother of Skip who came to us from the same case earlier in the year.  Morsa is approximately 20 years old. She has a weak, distended abdominal wall due to having had many foals and needs to be in a situation where she will be safe from kicks from other horses and other trauma.  She also needs free access to her own food without competition and stress. Morsa was broke to ride at one time but we are looking for a home for her as a companion horse.
