Reddy is a nice 15.2hh sorrel quarter horse gelding (foaled in approximately 2005) who originally came to MHARF because his elderly owner could no longer care for him. He was adopted but his adopter would like us to find him a new home where he will get all of the attention he deserves! Reddy is a nice horse with great ground manners. He is broke to ride and does have trail experience. Reddy spent spring of 2020 in refresher training with Marirose Berner of MJB Horse Training.  He did very well but we did discover that he has a mild case of stringhalt and also has navicular disease. He is still rideable as a light trail horse and will do quite well with front shoes or boots. He is not suitable for longer, harder trail rides or any strenuous sports. He is currently in foster care at Wrisky Ranch in Prescott, WI, where he is occasionally being used in their lesson program.
