Maya (My Teenage Dream)

I just had to share these photos of my pony Maya (My Teenage Dream) I adopted (gosh probably around 2010/2011) courtesy of the family leasing her! This year in college, I decided to lease her out since I’m no longer a junior and I can’t do the Pony Jumpers! Needless to say, this is what she’s doing now! She’s taking a 9 year old girl to United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Pony Finals in 2016! Her and I are still on the east coast and she’s had the pleasure of going to Devon, HITS and a bunch of other great places! Needless to say, she had a great time in college classes, IHSA and Show teams and has had a blast being a schoolmaster pony jumper for the not-so-confident riders! Honestly, training her was the most fun I’ve had with any horse and she taught me so much and I’m so glad she’s teaching others. She’s quite literally a “teenage dream”! –Anna
