For all the folks that tell you that rescue horses are “bad” or lame or can’t be helped, here is a picture from last night. 2 of these horses are from MHARF. The middle horse is Karamyst, graduate of the first trainers challenge, and the little grey blur is Pony Annie, who we ended up with after she got into some trouble at her foster home several years ago. Murphy is pictured here at his second show ever, Wildfire Farms Dressage Schooling Show in Maple Lake, MN, Aug. 8th, 2015, where he won his first blue ribbons in USDF Intro Level Test A and Test B, earning a score of 72.5% and 74.4%,

“This is a picture of Hope ( Formerly “Trickery”) giving pony rides in June at Western Fest Rodeo, Granite Falls, MN. I adopted Hope 2 yrs ago at the Trainers Challenge (trained by Katie Hembree). Hope continues to give joy to myself and so many others. Thanks again to your wonderful organization for bringing me and Hope together.
