We took an epic road trip to Lexington, Kentucky for a Pony Club festival and were able to witness their hard work together. I’ve included some pictures. Bug is our first horse and a special mare at that. I imagine she will be part of our family forever.”

We love this beautiful picture of MHARF alum Epona and her adopter Cameryn! Epona originally came to us in a March 2019 humane case. In September of that year she competed in our Promise of the Future in-hand training competition for young horses with Cameryn and her sister Morgan (winning first place!). Cameryn reports she and Epona are now spending many happy hours together riding.

We love posting these updates! This young Arabian mare is Faline (born at MHARF in 2018 after her pregnant mother Foxy came in during a humane case). Faline was adopted by Tonya in 2019 after competing in our 2019 Promise of the Future In-Hand competition with trainer Anna Hill. Thank you, Tonya, for giving Faline a wonderful home and for sending the photos and the update:
