“We absolutely love her!”

Thank you to Kristin for this update on her adopted MHARF horse Tootsie (and for giving her a great home)! These pics are of her second time being saddled. From Kristin: “We absolutely love her! She is so smart. Thank you for allowing us to adopt her.”

We currently have no donkeys or mules available for adoption

“Adopting Topaz has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.”

Thank you to Keely for this update on her adopted MHARF mare, Topaz!
“Adopting Topaz has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. My family came out to the barn last week to see her, and they were all impressed by how calm she was! She is doing so well with her training. Every time I introduce something new to her, I’m always expecting her to be anxious (like most 4 year olds would be) but she always takes it in stride. She has such a kind, willing personality, it’s been a joy to get to know her. She is currently in a herd with Dudley, a rescue from Save The Brays Donkey Rescue, and they have become best buds. It’s so cute to watch them! I’m currently only doing light riding with her, because of her age, but I can’t wait to get out on some trails with her next year.”

Thank you to Jennifer for this update on Cooper: “Hi there! I just wanted to update you on Cooper
(The Unicorn). He is all grown up!! I love him more than you could ever know!! Thank you for all you do!”

Cooper was adopted after he competed successfully in our 2020 Trainer’s Challenge with trainer Abbie Schramm of North Gait Horse Company (5th Overall High Point winners). He also got a great start in life with his foster mom, Deb Anderson, who raised him until he was old enough to be started under saddle.

Norman is part of the team!

Thank you to Norman’s family (Jondrea, Emily, Sarah and Sammy) for this update on their beautiful adopted MHARF gelding!
“We are extremely lucky to have an incredible ranch family and local equestrian team that all have fallen in love with Norman. Last month he competed at the last moment at class b equestrian state in 6 events (not including gaming which he hates) and took places 2-6 in all of them.”
