We are so proud to have Aimee and Skip To My Lulu representing MHARF and rescued horses everywhere! Congratulations to them both!

Rest in Peace, Jewell

Last weekend we received a note from Connie to let us know that her 30-year-old adopted mare, Jewell, had been put down peacefully at home. This beautiful mare first came to us in 2020 when we were called in by law enforcement to pick up an estray horse. Jewell’s owner was found but did not want to take her back, so she was signed over to MHARF. Connie initially only planned on fostering Jewell,
